What is the red tea detox system

This program was created by Liz Swann Miller.  She has a few books about detoxing  and how that harms your body and helps you retain un-wanted fat. The idea behind this program is to kick start your metabolism by cleansing your system using the tea as a hunger supressant.

One thing you should know is that the tea is just part of the full program. This is not something you will drink everyday and like a miracle the pounds just start to drop off. If this is what you expect from this system just go back to search for something like that on the market.

This is a full program that will guide you through the entire process and drinking the tea is just one part of it. You also will have to exercise and follow through with the Mind Set portion of the program which will be explained below.

As you can tell I made this review because if you follow it step by step and read the information, you can succeed. The program can be a little different approach from what you see on TV from other programs.

Elizabeth (Liz) Swann Miller is a naturopath and best-selling amazon author  who over the past 15 years has helped thousands of women and men lose weight and reclaim their health, well-being, and happiness.

What to expect from the system

The system has 4 phases that you have to follow. One of them is drinking the tea and A LOT OF WATER. Another part of it is your fasting phase, but it will give you some guidance on the protein sources you need for your meals. It will also recommend some supplements you can add to it, and assist you in being in a calorie deficit by using the system of your body mass ratio as your phase 3, and exercise for phase 4

1-  A diet plan booklet. In this booklet you will learn how the toxins hold your metabolism back and why detox is key to helping you lose weight. Pros and Cons

Let’s start with the CONS. One thing you should know is that the book only includes the recipe with the ingredients to make the  tea, it DOES NOT actually come with the tea. It does give you links so you can buy the ingredients from amazon, or you may decide to get the tea delivered from them for an extra fee.

Another thing that they offer is coaching. They really push the upsale for you to purchase that, but if you are willing to follow the system step by step, you don’t need the coaching and can opt out of it.

The PROS  are that the tea is actually sweet and it does taste good for a natural hunger supressant. Once you go through the information you’ll have a better idea as to why you have to do the detox and how it works. The foods that we eat daily also have chemicals in them that need to be “detoxed” from our systems.

This system is an online best seller and other reviews have positive feedback from costumer.

In all honesty I never really considered detoxing as an option for weight loss, but like I always say, knowledge is priceless and this is something that i will make an effort to do more of in order to keep my body at his best.
